I had the incredible opportunity to help behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week, where Dauphinette presented their Fall collection, “Human Behavior: Animal Instincts and a Decaying Sense of Girlish Wit.”

After spending the summer interning in the studio—sewing, sourcing, and assisting with garment development—it was so rewarding to see the entire collection come to life on the runway. The collection explored instinct and vulnerability through a poetic mix of texture, humor, and emotion—an inspiring reflection of the human condition through fashion.

I’m so grateful to Olivia Cheng and Weatherly for their mentorship, creativity, and kindness, and to the entire Dauphinette team for welcoming me so warmly. This experience taught me so much about craftsmanship, collaboration, and the art of storytelling through design.

Feeling endlessly inspired, thankful, and motivated as I carry these lessons (and memories) with me into what’s next.
